What the 90-day evaluation includes

During your evaluation, Stores24x7 builds a professional website preview for your business based on the plan you selected. You receive access to a live preview URL, up to two rounds of revisions (including up to 120 minutes of complimentary custom development), and time to review the site before deciding whether to continue. No payment method is required to start the evaluation.

What happens at Day 90

At the end of your 90-day evaluation period, your preview website will remain accessible for an additional 30 days. During this window, you may choose an available Monthly, Annual, or eligible Founding Lifetime payment option to keep your website live. Payment is required only if you actively choose to continue. If you do not continue within 30 days after the evaluation ends, your preview website will be archived and permanently removed.

Payment options

After your evaluation, eligible customers may continue with Monthly, Annual, or Founding Lifetime pricing as published on our pricing page for the plan you selected.

• Monthly plans use the applicable published monthly rate.
• Annual plans use the applicable published annual rate.
• Where offered, Founding Lifetime is a one-time payment rather than a recurring Stores24x7 website subscription fee for the included plan features, subject to the Founding Lifetime Plans section below.
• Commerce pricing and Lifetime eligibility may remain subject to project scope and confirmation during a scope call.
• AI Pro and other usage-intensive custom services may remain custom-priced and may not qualify for Founding Lifetime pricing.

Founding Lifetime Plans

Founding Lifetime is offered only for eligible plans and only where published on our pricing page. When you purchase Founding Lifetime:

• "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Stores24x7 service, not the lifetime of the purchaser, business owner, company, or any individual.
• Founding Lifetime does not guarantee that Stores24x7 will operate for 5 years, 10 years, or any other minimum duration.
• The one-time payment covers only the website plan features expressly included for that plan while the service remains available, as described on the pricing page and in your checkout confirmation.
• Third-party charges and usage-based costs (including domains, advertising, marketplace fees, SMS, call tracking, AI/API usage, and third-party platform fees) remain your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Future redesigns, additional pages beyond your plan, new functionality, and ongoing custom development are not automatically included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Who owns what

You own your business content — including your logo, photos, written copy, and business information. You also retain ownership of any domain you register or already own. Stores24x7 owns the website system, platform infrastructure, templates, and underlying technology used to build and host your preview.

Domain ownership

You retain full ownership of any domain you own or register. Stores24x7 does not take ownership of your domain at any time. We only help point your domain to your website after you choose to continue.

Revisions and custom development

Each evaluation includes up to two rounds of revisions on your website content and layout, including up to 120 minutes of complimentary custom development during the evaluation period.

If you continue on a Monthly or Annual subscription, your plan may include 120 minutes of custom development each month for small enhancements and refinements, as described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Additional revision rounds or development time beyond these allowances may be quoted separately before work begins.

If you continue with a Founding Lifetime plan, you receive the original evaluation/build revision entitlement, standard platform updates, and the website functionality included in your purchased plan. Ongoing custom development, new features, and material redesigns are not included as a recurring monthly allowance and are quoted separately if you request them.

What is not included

Unless explicitly stated in your plan, the following are not included: paid advertising spend, domain registration fees, stock photography licensing, SMS messaging, call tracking services, and third-party integrations. These may be discussed separately if you choose to continue.

No guarantees

Stores24x7 does not guarantee specific results from your website, including traffic, search rankings, leads, or revenue. Website performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your business, market, and how you use the site after launch.

Cancellation

You may cancel your evaluation at any time before Day 90 with no charge. After your customer dashboard launches (Phase 2), you can cancel from your account. Until then, email us at team@stores24x7.com to request cancellation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
